These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rumeira Management (the “Service”), a project management platform operated by Rumeira (“we,” “us,” “our”). By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Rumeira Management lets Rumeira staff manage client marketing projects and lets clients follow progress on, review, and approve work related to their own engagements. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time as we improve the Service.
You sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity that occurs under your sign-in. Access is limited to authorized Rumeira staff and to clients for their own projects; you agree to access only the workspaces and information you are permitted to use. We may suspend or revoke access at any time to protect the Service or its users.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (for example, project details, files, and comments). You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the content you upload.
The Service itself — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by Rumeira and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google (for sign-in and data services) and Vercel (for hosting). Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rumeira will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
