Project Management Portal

Run every client project in one place.

Rumeira Management is the project management platform that Rumeira, a digital marketing agency, and its clients use to plan, deliver, and review client work — all in one secure workspace.

What Rumeira Management does

Rumeira Management is a web application used by our agency team and by the clients we work with. Our team uses it to manage the marketing projects we deliver; clients use it to follow the work happening on their account. Everything about a client engagement — the plan, the tasks, the deliverables awaiting review, and the approvals — lives in a single shared workspace so nothing gets lost across email threads.

Projects & tasks

Plan, assign, and track every client project and deliverable, with priorities, due dates, and clear status.

Client portal

Clients sign in to see progress on their own project, review work in progress, and see what needs their input.

AI-assisted delivery

Built-in AI helps draft and run marketing work — SEO, content, and reporting — with a human approval step before anything ships.

Reporting & approvals

Recaps, schedules, and sign-off in one place, so work only moves forward once the right person has reviewed it.

Signing in with Google — and why we ask for your data

Rumeira Management uses Google Sign-In so you don’t need a separate password. When you sign in, we request a limited set of information from your Google account, and we use it only to run the application:

  • Your name and profile photo — to identify you inside the workspace (for example, on tasks and comments).
  • Your email address — to verify who you are and to determine which projects you are authorized to see. Agency staff accounts and each client’s own project access are matched to this address.

We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers that run the app (such as Google Firebase for authentication and hosting on Vercel). Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
