Rumeira Management (“we,” “us”) is a project management platform used by Rumeira and its clients to plan, deliver, and review client work. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Rumeira Management, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Rumeira Management’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google account data (your name, email, and profile photo) to sign you in and authorize access. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the platform — for example Google Firebase (authentication and database) and Vercel (hosting) — and only as needed to operate the service, or where required by law.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our practices regularly.
